Wildflower Duo | Hardwood Sign

This floral piece measures approximately 8″x10″ and comes ready to hang with a sawtooth hook—or it looks great propped on a shelf or mantel.

The flowers, inspired by poppies and anemones, are hand-drawn by me, cut on my laser, then meticulously shaped with a rotary tool to create soft, curved petals. Each piece is fully hand-painted, with layered shading and subtle color blending to add depth and realism.

The backer is made from real hardwoods, with the curly maple cut on my scroll saw to match the arched silhouette. The walnut frame sits slightly raised above the backer for a clean, layered look.

Every element of this piece—from design to shaping, painting, and assembly—is done by hand in my shop.
